AATCC 2023 Spring Fashion Show

Featuring Alexis Baumgarten, Rosie Killelea, Calvin Yeargers, and Thomas Bump

Business "Casual"

Taking business casual, a little too casual.

This collection was reworked pieces except for the moth hoodie.

Design by JFF Clothing

One piece that was made from patterns was the moth sweatshirt worn by Calvin Yeargers. This sweatshirt is made from a cotton and nylon blend featuring a drawstring on the right side of the garment which tightens the waist stopping airflow. Another feature of the garment is the moth fabric. Using a burnout method on the fabric, all that is left is the moths which creates this see through look which I incorporated into the design. When it’s windy enough, the fabric moves on top of the sweatshirt creating the look of flying moths.
