AACTTC OSU 2024 Fashion Show

For the show, I was allowed two models featured here: Alexis Baumgarten (Middle) and Anthony Ranii (Right).

Hard Like Denim/Vinta ge Vegas

This is my most recent collection that made its debut at the Oregon State fashion show. I wanted to focus on denim as I love the versatility and durability associated with the fabric. For the collection, I wanted to challenge myself by doing one look that was fitted to a model and one that was relaxed.

Third fashion show in the books! This was an awesome opportunity to create two looks for my own collection and a look for the Oregon State AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists) club.  Growing up in Montana, I was always surrounded by denim as it’s pretty blue collar and I wanted to bring that to Oregon State.

AATCC Collaboration

The last outfit that I made in collaboration with Lucas Mazurik, was our Vegas bowling outfit. Being part of the AATCC club on campus, we were generously donated fabric from Jeffrey Steiner, the director at the global hemp innovation center, and it was all naturally dyed thanks to Dickson (Egan) Marianne. Through many meetings and prototypes, we were able to come out with this awesome outfit.

Lucas and I collaborated on the style of the outfit and then we split to make this project come true. I worked on creating the pants while Lucas made the shirt. Following the theme of the AATCC idea, Vintage Vegas; we went for a bowling aesthetic inspired by 70’s Vegas.

As I create new designs, JFF.clothing will be updated.  Keep checking back to see what’s new.
